  • Self-pay amounts for Individal Therapy are listed under Services.

  • I am In Network with Cigna.

    Otherwise, all services are self-pay, but there are additional options for clients with insurances.

    • I can provide a superbill, generated monthly that clients can send to insurance for reimbursement.

    • I can submit claims as an Out-Of-Network provider to your insurance company if your plan allows.

    Potential clients are encouraged to check with their insurance company to see if they have Out-Of-Network mental health benefits for reimbursement rates.

  • The Maryland Board of Professional Counselors requires individuals utilizing telehealth and virtual services to be physically located in the state of Maryland during appointments.

    Due to these requirements by my licensing board and potential safety concerns for clients, my clients need to be physically preset in Maryland in order to hold our virtual appointments.

  • I do not provide crisis counseling services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, then please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room.
